Commissioning a custom piece of art allows you to choose the exact size, subject, and colour palette to suit your home and your heart. Whether you are seeking a specific coastal scene, a wildlife study, or a narrative moment in the landscape, I make the process collaborative, professional, and entirely stress-free.
The Simple Step-by-Step Process
I believe that watching your artwork come to life should be as enjoyable as owning the final piece.

Consultation: We discuss your ideas, size requirements, and budget. If you are local to the Central Coast, I can visit your home to measure the space and suggest the best layout for your décor.

The Layout: I create a computer-generated mockup of your painting. This allows you to see the composition and scale before a single brushstroke is made.

The Deposit: Once you approve the layout, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place in my studio schedule.

The Creation: I begin the painting process. Most commissions are completed within 4 to 6 weeks (Rush orders are available for a 25% fee).

Final Approval: I will email you high-resolution photos of the finished piece. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage to ensure it is exactly as you envisioned.

Delivery: Once the balance is settled, your painting is carefully bubble-wrapped, boxed, and shipped to your door—free of charge anywhere in Australia.
Commissioning FAQ
Do I need to provide the photos? You are welcome to provide your own clear, high-resolution photos. However, I also have an extensive personal library of coastal and wildlife photography, and I can source professional CC0 images to use as a base for your unique scene.
What medium do you use? I specialize in professional-grade oils. These are typically painted on archival cradled boards. While framing isn't required (as the edges are finished), I can organize professional framing upon request to add that extra touch of elegance.
How do I hang and care for my original painting? To protect your investment for a lifetime, hang your painting away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and high humidity. For larger pieces, I recommend using two fixings (such as Bunnings 'WallMates' for gyprock) or hiring a professional installer.
What is the shipping cost? I offer Free Delivery Australia-wide. All artworks are shipped fully insured with tracking via courier or Australia Post. For my international clients, please contact me for a bespoke shipping quote.
