Payment Methods
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AU) and DO NOT include GST (Naomi Veitch is GST free)
Please call or email Naomi to put your artwork on hold and she will issue an invoice so you can arrange payment. She accepts payment via bank transfer or PayPal which also accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping
Naomi Veitch offers FREE DELIVERY Australia wide.
All paintings are stretched on timber frames with hanging wire...ready to hang as soon as you receive it.
Paintings are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap then in a cardboard box.
All items are sent via courier with insurance and tracking.
Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 working days in Australia.
Please open your package immediately and check for any breakages or damages during transit.
Return Policy
It’s important to Naomi that you are totally happy with your new artwork but for any reason you aren’t, she gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Contact her at naomiveitchartist@gmail.com or 0405 137 235 within 3 days of receiving the item. A refund minus the actual postage cost is given once the item is returned in perfect condition. The shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility and the item must be in its original condition with original packaging. Please consider insuring/tracking your package as Naomi Veitch will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returns should be sent to:

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective custom or personalized orders
(eg commissioned paintings or pet paintings) can't be returned or exchanged.

Missing, damaged or delayed items
Sometimes issues do occur, rest assured all items are sent with tracking and insurance.
If your parcel hasn’t been delivered by the expected time or you’re worried it’s gone missing, let Naomi Veitch know ASAP and she will track it for you.

Contact Naomi Veitch if something is damaged ASAP
You will need to take photos of the damaged item and keep the item with the original packaging aside.
Damages must be reported within 24hr of receiving the parcel.

Your details are used only used for taxation purposes, to communicate with you about your purchases and to share with you any information and updates that you have registered for.
