Studio Policies

Purchasing Original Art & Prints

A selection of my original paintings and all open-edition prints are available exclusively through my gallery partner, Coastal Art Australia.

  • Transactions & Shipping: All ready-to-purchase items are processed through the Coastal Art Australia secure checkout.

  • Policies: Purchases made via their platform are subject to the Coastal Art Australia Shipping & Return Policies. This includes their 24-hour damage reporting window and their specific "no return for change of mind" policy.

  • Delivery: Most orders are processed and delivered within 3–21 working days, depending on whether the item is an original or a custom-made print.

Custom Commissions (Private Studio Sales)

For all bespoke commissions—including pet portraits, coastal scenes, and swimmers—the following studio policies apply. These transactions are handled directly between the client and Naomi Veitch.

Payment & Process

  • Invoicing: Once a layout is approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the studio schedule. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and your final approval of the artwork.

  • Methods: Payments for commissions are accepted via Bank Transfer or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard).

Shipping (Commissions Only)

  • Complimentary Shipping: I offer Free Delivery Australia-wide on all commissioned original paintings.

  • Packaging: Artworks are professionally wrapped in bubble wrap and heavy-duty cardboard. All items are shipped with insurance and tracking via professional courier.

  • Insurance: In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please report it within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the packaging and the artwork to facilitate an insurance claim.

Returns & Copyright

  • Commission Returns: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made art, commissions cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Copyright: Naomi Veitch retains the copyright to all commissioned works. The client is purchasing the physical painting for personal enjoyment; unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited under Australian Copyright Law.
